Refund policy

At Bloom & Bud, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Certain items, such as gift cards, perishable goods (e.g., fresh flowers), and customised products, are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at hello@bloomandbud.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
Send your item back using a trackable shipping method.
